Baked Red Snapper Recipe
Ingredients
| Red snapper | 2 1/2 Pound, cleaned | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Caraway seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Place the fish in a greased baking pan.
Sprinkle over 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice, then sprinkle over half the caraway seeds, half the sliced chile, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
Turn the fish over and repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with Cashew Rice.
