Baked Red Snapper Recipe
Ingredients
| Red snapper | 4 Pound | |
| Celery | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 1 qt. bread cubes | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. For the stuffing, heat four tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute celery and onion in it
2. Add cubed bread, stir and turn the heat off; add sour cream, salt and a bit of paprika
3. Season the red snapper and fill the stuffing just prepared; place on a baking pan
4. Rub oil on top and bake at 350°F for anywhere between forty minutes and an hour

5. Serve as appropriate
