Baked Potatoes Cheese And Salami Recipe
Ingredients
6 Idaho potatoes
Chopped parsley
6 strips of salami or ham (4 inches long by 1/2 inch wide)
6 strips of Muenster or Cheddar cheese (4 inches long by 1/2 inch wide)
Directions
Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
Bake at 450° F for 40-45 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven.
Cut a long vertical gash in each potato.
Squeeze potatoes.
Insert a strip of salami and cheese into each potato.
Sprinkle with parsley.
