Baked Potato Chips Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 pounds white boiling potatoes, cut crosswise into 1/8-inch slices | ||
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon, melted | |

Directions
Preheat oven to 500° F.
Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
Place potato slices in a single layer on baking sheets and brush generously with butter.
Bake 15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and browned around the edges.
Transfer to a heated platter and season with salt and pepper.
