Baked Pork Ribs Recipe
Baked pork ribs is a meaty and minted pork recipe prepared with white wine. Spiced with cayenne and cooked in the oven, the baked pork ribs can be served with the pan gravy over rice.
Ingredients
| Meaty pork ribs | 10 Small | |
| Dry white wine | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried mint | 1 Tablespoon, crushed |
Directions
Use double pan, top half perforated, so drippings will drain into bottom of pan.
Rub ribs with salt, pepper and mint.
Lay side by side on top pan.
Pour wine in bottom of pan.
Bake in 320° oven until meat starts to turn loose from bone.
Use gravy from bottom pan for sauce over ribs or over precooked rice.
