Baked Pork Chops With Apple Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 pork chops, trimmed of fat | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 medium apple, cut into 1/4 inch wedges | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Brown pork chops on both sides in nonstick skillet; drain fat from chops.
Place onion over chops.
Combine broth, mustard, salt, allspice and pepper.
Mix well; pour over chops.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is tender.
Arrange apple wedges over chops.
Cover and cook about 4 minutes or until apple is tender.
Sprinkle with parsley.
