Baked Pork Chops And Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 center-cut pork chops | ||
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Small | |
| Long grain rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 can beef consomme | ||
| Green pepper | 1 , sliced | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Tomato | 1 , sliced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Season pork; saute in oil until browned well.
Combine mushrooms, rice, consomme and 1 1/2 soup cans water; place in lightly-greased casserole.
Arrange chops on top.
Place slice of pepper, onion and tomato on each chop.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
