Baked Pork Chops Recipe

These baked pork chops are prepared with white wine. Spiced with cayenne pepper and flavored with mint for a fresh and complementary flavor, the baked pork chops can be served over rice with the pan gravy spooned over it.

Ingredients

 
8 boned and trimmed pork chops
 
1 1/2 c. dry white wine
 
1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
 
1 tsp. salt
 
1 Tbsp. crushed, dried mint

Directions

Lay pork chops in pan.
Pour wine between pork chops (not on them).
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and mint.
Bake in 325° oven until brown on bottom side.
Turn over and brown other side.
Use drippings and wine over rice.
