 5 cups regular-strength chicken broth
 Yellow cornmeal1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 Small, finely chopped
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Parmesan cheese 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

In a greased 9- by 13-inch baking dish (rectangular or oval), stir together broth, polenta, onion, and butter.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven until liquid has been absorbed (45 to 50 minutes).
