Baked Polenta Recipe
Ingredients
| 5 cups regular-strength chicken broth | ||
| Yellow cornmeal | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
In a greased 9- by 13-inch baking dish (rectangular or oval), stir together broth, polenta, onion, and butter.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven until liquid has been absorbed (45 to 50 minutes).
