Baked Perch Fillets With Curry Pecan Topping Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. perch fillets | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 egg white, stiffly beaten | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pecans | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
Directions
Salt fish.
Mix egg white, mayonnaise and curry powder.
Place fish in baking dish and spread with egg mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts.
