1. Transfer frozen pie shell from aluminum pan to a 9-inch glass pie plate. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 1 minute at HIGH. Ease pastry into pie plate and prick shell thoroughly with a fork. Cook uncovered 4 minutes at HIGH; rotate pie plate one-quarter turn twice.
