1 pie crust stick or mix (enough for a 9-inch pie shell)

Directions

1. Prepare pie crust dough following directions on package.
2. Roll out 1/8 inch thick and place in a 9-inch glass pie plate; be careful not to stretch pastry.
3. Trim and flute edge. Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with a fork.
4. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 to 5 1/2 minutes
at Medium-High, or until crust appears flaky; rotate pie plate one-quarter turn twice. Cool.
