 Pasta10 Ounce
 Melted butter3 Tablespoon
 Grated parmesan and romano cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2 cups Mirepoix of Vegetables
 Parmesan or Romano cheese and butter or olive oil for topping

Directions

Boil the pasta in salted water, drain, and toss with the melted butter, parmesan or romano cheese, and the mirepoix.
Place in a buttered baking dish, and sprinkle more cheese on top.
Some people like to drizzle more butter or oil on top.
Bake in a 375° oven until browned on top, about 20 minutes.
