Baked Papaya with Ricotta and Citron Recipe

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Peel the papayas, cut them in half, and scoop out the seeds.
Place them in a baking dish that will hold them snugly upright.
Blend together the remaining ingredients and spoon the cheese mixture into the papayas' cavities.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the papayas are tender and the cheese lightly golden on top.
Allow the dessert to cool until it is just warm before serving.
