Baked Oranges Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 navel oranges, sectioned | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange liqueur | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Heavy cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degree.
MAKING
2) Sprinkle the orange section with sugar layer.
3) Take 1-1/2 quart baking dish and layer with the orange mixture.
4) Mix in the liqueur, cover, and refrigerate.
FINALIZING
5) Cover and bake the oranges for 20 minutes.
6) Drain and reserve a portion of the juice.
7) Beat eggs with cream, reserved juice, sugar, and salt and then pour the mixture over the oranges.
8) Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until the custard thickens.

9) Garnish and serve.
