Baked Orange Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| 2 11 -ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained | ||
| 1 8 1/4-ounce can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained | ||
| 6 slices white bread, crusts removed, cubed | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease 1 3/4 quart baking dish.
Cream sugar and margarine in large bowl until fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in oranges, pineapple and bread and blend well.
Turn into dish and bake until golden, about 1 hour
