Baked Orange Halibut Recipe
Ingredients
| Halibut fillets-1 pound | ||
| Orange juice concentrate-2 tablespoons, thawed | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dried dill weed-1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Orange slices-4 thin | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat broiler.
2) Chop the fish into 4 pieces.
MAKING
3) Take a shallow pan and put the fish.
4) In a bowl, mix together orange juice concentrate, parsley, lemon juice, dill weed, water, and salt and pour it over fish. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
5) Replace the fish from marinade and save the marinade.
6) Take a greased broiler pan and put the fish. Broil it for 6 minutes about 3 inches away from heat. Turn the fish and broil for 5-6 minutes.
7) Baste the fish with marinade while broiling.
SERVING
8) serve baste the fish.
