Baked Orange Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
| Biscuits | 350 Gram, crushed | |
| Butter | 300 Gram, melted | |
| Cream cheese | 750 Gram | |
| Caster sugar | 250 Gram | |
| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| 1/2 teaspoon orange-flower water | ||
| 1 x 212 g ( 7 1/2 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained | ||
Directions
Mix together the crushed biscuits and 17.5 g (6 oz) of the butter.
Use to line the bottom and sides of a 23 cm (9 inch) flan tin with a removable base.
Chill while preparing the filling.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, orange-flower water and remaining melted butter.
Pour into the crumb crust.
Bake in a preheated hot oven, 230°C (450°F), Gas Mark 8, for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Just before serving, decorate with the mandarin orange segments.
