Ingredients

 Biscuits350 Gram, crushed
 Butter300 Gram, melted
 Cream cheese750 Gram
 Caster sugar250 Gram
 Eggs3 , beaten
 1/2 teaspoon orange-flower water
 1 x 212 g ( 7 1/2 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

Mix together the crushed biscuits and 17.5 g (6 oz) of the butter.
Use to line the bottom and sides of a 23 cm (9 inch) flan tin with a removable base.
Chill while preparing the filling.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, orange-flower water and remaining melted butter.
Pour into the crumb crust.
Bake in a preheated hot oven, 230°C (450°F), Gas Mark 8, for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Just before serving, decorate with the mandarin orange segments.
