Directions

Cut bananas once crosswise and once lengthwise.
Place in 2-quart (12x7) baking dish.
In small custard cup, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Add orange peel, orange juice and butter.
Cook uncovered, 1 minute or until sugar dissolves and butter melts.
Pour mixture over bananas.
Cook uncovered, 4 minutes or until bananas are slightly soft.
