Baked Or Pan-Fried Fish Recipe
Baked Or Pan-Fried Fish is simply the most yumy fish preparation i have had! It is a sumptuous dish that is simply a joy to prepare and serve. My family loves this well flavored Fish preparation baled or pan fried and I make it often for our weekend luncheons.
Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2-lb. pan fish (such as trout or sunfish) or 3/4-lb. dressed fish or fillets
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Dip in flour or Bisquick
1 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
Baked: Heat oven to 500° (very hot).
Place fish in lightly greased baking pan.
Drizzle with 1 tbsp. melted butter.
Bake 10 min. or until done.
Pan-fried: Pan-fry in 2 tbsp. hot fat (butter gives a delicious flavor) in heavy skillet 5 min., until golden brown on one side; turn and pan-fry 5 min.
more, just until golden brown on other side.
Fish 'n Chips: Hot crisp potato chips are a wonderful accompaniment to tender fish fillets.
