Ingredients

 Yellow onions6 , thinly sliced
 Potato chips1 Bag (1kg), crushed
 1/2 pound Wisconsin mild cheese, grated
 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cayenne1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Place alternate layers of onions, potato chips and cheese in a buttered casserole.
Pour mushroom soup mixed with milk over all.
Sprinkle cayenne over the top and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
