Ingredients
1 package hot roll mix
Warm water
3 tablespoons instant toasted onion
1/4 teaspoon each celery seed and thyme leaves
Butter or margarine
Directions
Prepare hot roll mix as directed on package, except increase to 1 cup the warm water in which you dissolve the yeast.
To the dough, add toasted onion, celery seed, and thyme; mix well.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 45 minutes).
Punch dough down and spoon into a well-greased 9 by 5-inch loaf pan.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled
Bake in a covered barbecue at about 375° for about 45 minutes or until well browned all over.
Turn loaf out of pan and keep warm.
