Healthy Baked Malanga Chips Recipe Video

Malanga chips like plantain chips, are enjoyed throughout the Spanish-speaking Caribbean. Traditionally, the chips are deep fried. But you know me, I DO NOT DEEP FRY ANYTHING! You can still achieve the same chip crispiness by baking them with just a little oil spray. You can either slice them in a mandolin lengthwise or cross cut, and achieve the same results.

Editors Review

If you love to throw cocktail parties at home, then you will always need bite-size appetizers to appease your guests. And what better than crispy, baked malanga chips to tot up as yummy munchies. A good deal of health and whole lot of taste, this lighter variation of oil-fried plaintain chips will be lovingly lapped up by your guests.
