Hi healthyeating! How are you? All kinds of pasta work great with this! Rotini, ziti, shells, even those cute little wagon wheels are great. Sometimes, I go for the shells as they tend to hold a little more of the cheese, LOL. Hope you have a beautiful weekend! Hugs to you and yours!

Hi Amy, This baked macaroni and cheese looks a very very delicious dish ! you always bring forth good such good dishes. For a change, I'm not going to ask you for a veg substitute :D .... this is so very vegetarian. But it looks so rich!you've got such a beautiful figure ! So how many days a week do you have this cheese laden stuff and still keep slim? :):) Also, this baked macaroni and cheese is a side dish, if I've heard you right. What dish does it complement the best?

Awww foodpsychologist, you are so sweet. :-) I try hard not to completely devour everything I make... I love food! As long as I steer clear of lots of sweets, I do pretty good. Well... that and getting on the treadmill or bike riding every day helps. :) What dish does this complement? For a vegan, a salad or sauteed greens would go great. Many times, I will just eat the mac 'n cheese by itself. It's a nice, warm, comfort food! :-) Hope all is well with you! Big hugs coming your way!
