Baked Lobster Waiohai Recipe

Ingredients
6 lobster tails
2 cups sake (or dry white wine)
1 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup diced water chestnuts
1/2 cup diced bamboo shoots
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced romaine lettuce
2 tbs. chili sauce
2 tbs. chopped parsley
3 tbs. French dressing
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup catsup
Directions
Remove lobster from shell and dice.
Season with salt, marinate in sake for 1 hour.
Drain.
Heat butter in skillet, saute lobster about 12 minutes.
Cool.
Mix following ingredients together in bowl: water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, celery, lettuce, chili sauce, parsley, French dressing and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in cooled lobster, fill shells with this mixture.
Mix the mayonnaise and catsup together, pour over top.
Bake in hot oven (400°F.) for 10 minutes or until brown.
Garnish with wedge of lime (or lemon).
