Baked Lobster Tails Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen lobster tails (about 6 oz each) , thawed | ||
| Butter or margarine | ||
| Round butter crackers | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Lemon juice | ||
| Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2 Using a sharp knife, split each lobster tail down the center, but not all the way through.
MAKING
3 In a baking pan, arrange lobster tails
4 In split of each one, place 1 teaspoon butter, 2 crackers, crushed, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
5 Bake for 30 minutes, or until lobster is cooked through.
SERVING
6 Serve with lemon wedges.
