Baked Langoustine Tails Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (8 oz.) lobster tails, thawed | ||
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/8 teaspoon onion powder teaspoon paprika | ||
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut Langoustine through center of soft shell (underneath) to the tail.
Lift Langoustine out of shell by loosening with fingers, leaving meat attached to tail section.
(Langoustine meat will rest on shell.) Arrange in 10-inch glass pie plate, tails toward center.
In small mixing bowl, combine butter, bread crumbs, onion powder, paprika and salt; sprinkle over Langoustine .
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 9 to 13 minutes until Langoustine is done.
Let stand 5 minutes.
