Baked Scampi Tails Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (about 8 oz. ea.) lobster tails, thawed | ||
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut Scampi through center of soft shell (underneath) to the tail.
Lift Scampi out of shell by loosening with fingers, leaving meat attached to tail section.
Arrange in 10-inch glass pie plate, tails toward center.
In small mixing bowl, combine butter, bread crumbs, onion powder, paprika and salt; sprinkle over Scampi .
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at medium high (7) 11 to 13 minutes until Scampi is done.
Let stand 5 minutes.
