Baked Lobster Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 5/8 oz. pkg. lobster soup mix | ||
| 3 oz. can lobster pate or spread | ||
| Half and Half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 8 frozen baby lobster tails | ||
| 1 tsp. Pernod liqueur | ||
| 14 oz. pkg. frozen puff pastry | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Follow package directions to prepare soup mix.
2) Add lobster pate, cereal cream and baby lobster tails.
3) Cook and simmer for 5 minutes.
4) Add Pernod.
5) Pour mixture into individual ovenproof soup bowls.
6) Keep aside.
SERVING
7) Serve hot.
