Baked Liver On Toast Recipe
|Liver||1⁄2 Kilogram, cut into small pieces|
|Onions||2 , minced|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Thick tomato puree||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Toasted bread slices||8 (Squares)|
|Chopped coriander leaves||2 Tablespoon|

Add ginger-garlic, chillies and masala powders.
Add liver pieces and salt and cook for a few minutes, stirring.
Remove from fire.
Blend Worcester sauce, tomato puree, milk and cornflour.
Stir and cook until thick.
Add to cooked liver.
Grease well a shallow baking dish and arrange toasted bread in it.
Spread liver mixture on top.
Dot with a little ghee and bake in a moderate oven for 15 mins.
Sprinkle with coriander and serve hot.
