Cook beans until justtender.
Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces.
Saute' lightly.
Add onion and saut6 until it is tender and bacon is browned.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
