Baked Lima Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked, dried baby lima beans -2 cups | ||
| Mild molasses-1/4 cup | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bacon strip | 3 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Drain the beans and reserve about 1/2 cup of liquid.
2) Mix the beans with molasses, sour cream, onion, mustard, pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
3) Now, take a 3 quart casserole and pour the mixture and liquid.
4) Top it with bacon strips and bake for an hour at 350 degrees.
SERVING
5) Serve the baked lima beans hot.
