| Boiled potatoes | 3 , sliced | |
| 1 1/2 cups diced cooked fish | ||
| 3/4 cup sliced cooked cauliflower or mushrooms (optional) | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Arrange layers of half the potatoes, fish, cauliflower, eggs, and remaining potatoes in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over each layer.
2. Blend flour into sour cream; stir in water. Spoon over casserole mixture.
3. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and butter together. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
4. Bake at 350°F 30 minutes.
