Ingredients

 Boiled potatoes3 , sliced
 1 1/2 cups diced cooked fish
 3/4 cup sliced cooked cauliflower or mushrooms (optional)
 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bread crumbs3 Tablespoon
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. Arrange layers of half the potatoes, fish, cauliflower, eggs, and remaining potatoes in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over each layer.
2. Blend flour into sour cream; stir in water. Spoon over casserole mixture.
3. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and butter together. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
4. Bake at 350°F 30 minutes.
