 Ground beef mixture - 1 pound
 Mace1/2 Teaspoon

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven

MAKING
2.Combine carrot pulp with artichoke pulp, onion pulp, beef mixture, mace, chili powder and Sea kelp.
3.Take a 2 quart greased casserole dish and Add the mixture in it.
4.Bake for 1 hour.
