1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2)Wash peppers and cut off the stems. Cut peppers in half, lengthwise.
3)Spread the inside of the peppers with cream cheese.
4)Wrap half of a slice of bacon around each pepper and secure it with a toothpick.
5)Place on rack on a cookie sheet. Cookie sheet may be lined with foil for easy cleanup.
6)Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.

7)Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
