Baked Idaho Potatoes Recipe

| Large new potatoes - 6, washed and dried | ||
| Plain cream cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (TO SERVE) | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped (TO SERVE) | |
| Bacon slice | 1 , finely shredded (TO SERVE) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 475°F (250°C).
MAKING
2 Rub each potato with a little oil.
3 Wrap in a square piece of aluminum foil.
4 Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes.
5 You can also choose to wrap the potatoes in microwave proof plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes.
6 Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
7 Carefully remove the foil or plastic wrap.
8 Cut a criss-cross pattern across the top of each potato.
9 Gently squeeze the potato until the top opens.
SERVING
10 Serve hot as a side dish.
