Baked Ham with Celery and Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 1/4 Pound, pounded | |
| Curry | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole cloves | ||
| Carrots | 12 Medium, sliced | |
| Celery stalks | 12 , sliced | |
| Curried Cream Sauce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
About 2 1/2 hours before serving: Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove any outer casing from ham.
Rub ham with curry; stud with cloves; insert meat thermometer in center and place in large, shallow roasting pan.
Roast 1 1/2 hours; arrange vegetables around sides and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Continue roasting 1 hour longer or until thermometer reaches 130°F., turning vegetables once during cooking.
Serve ham on warm platter, with vegetables arranged around it.
