Baked Ham And Cheese Crescents Recipe
Ingredients
| Biscuit mix | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Milk or water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup deviled ham, approx. | ||
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 slightly beaten egg white | ||
| Sesame seeds | ||
Directions
Measure biscuit mix into a bowl and add margarine cut in small pieces; continue cutting in with a blender until mixture resembles oatmeal.
Stir in the cheese; gradually add enough milk to make a soft dough.
Divide dough into 4; shape into 4 balls.
Knead each slightly on a lightly floured board, and then roll out into a 6-inch circle.
Combine the ham and mustard; spread 1/4 on 1 dough circle, almost to the edge.
Cut circle into 8 wedges.
Loosen wedges with a metal spatula; roll each, starting at the wide outside edge.
Place on a lightly greased cooky sheet and shape ends of rolls to form a crescent.
Repeat procedure with each circle of dough making 32 crescents in all.
Brush each shape with the egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 425F for 8 to 10 minutes.
