Baked Halibut Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds halibut, thickly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons butter
For Baking:
1 (8-ounce) bottle clam juice
For Garnish:
1 can anchovies
4 olives
Directions
1. Rub the halibut with lemon juice and salt. Place fish in an ovenproof baking dish. Add slices of butter and arrange the anchovies in a grid pattern over the fish. Slice the olives and place a slice in each square.
2. Place the fish in a preheated 450°F oven. Baste with clam juice. Cook for 15-20 minutes till fish flakes when pricked with a fork.
