Ingredients

 Haddock fillets1 Pound
 Butter3 Tablespoon, melted
 Fresh tarragon-1/2 teaspoon, or Dried tarragon- 1/4 teaspoon, crushed
 Bon Appetit seasoning1/4 Teaspoon
 Paprika- a pinch
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F

MAKING
2. Dry fish with paper towels and place in single layer in a shallow, greased baking dish also sprinkle with salt and pepper
3. Combine butter, tarragon and Bon Appetit and pour over fish also sprinkle with paprika
4. Bake at 425° F 10 minutes per inch of thickness

SERVING
5. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
