Baked Grouper With Herbs Creole Recipe
Ingredients

| Dry white wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sage | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Curry | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 (6 oz.) grouper fillets | ||
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
Directions
Combine tomato sauce, wine, sugar, basil, sage, curry, salt, oregano and pepper; blend well.
Place fillets in lightly greased 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Pour sauce over fish.
Sprinkle with onions.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
