 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Dry white wine1 Tablespoon
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Basil1 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/4 Teaspoon
 Red pepper1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

Directions

Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 425°F (*400°F).
Place fillets in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine tomato sauce, wine, sugar, basil, thyme, salt, oregano and pepper. Blend well and pour over fish.
Convection Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Sprinkle with onions before serving.
