Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 deg before baking.
2) Quarter each pepper.
3) Remove seeds and fibrous portions.
MAKING
4) Into a baking pan, put peppers with oil and garlic and bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven, stirring often.

5) Serve at once.
