Healthy Baked Fried Chicken Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
 
4 eggs (use only the whites)
 
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
 
olive oil spray
 
your favorite seasonings

Directions

Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Place egg whites in a bowl, beat till well mixed.

Cut chicken breast into smaller pieces, like fingers. Spread bread crumbs in shallow plate and add any seasoning of your choice mix well.

Dredge the chicken breast in the egg white and then coat with the seasoned Panko bread crumbs. Place on a plive oil sprayed baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
