Baked Fresh Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Ham | 10 Pound | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried rosemary | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
1. Trim excess fat from ham.
2. Mix oil with herbs and rub all over ham. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes per pound of meat, until meat thermometer registers 185°F. Baste occasionally with chicken stock.
