Baked French Fries Recipe
Ingredients
| 5 pared large white potatoes | ||
| 5 tablesp. melted butter, margarine, fat, or salad oil | ||
| Salt | 1 3/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut each potato into 8 or 10 lengthwise strips, 1/2" wide and 3/8" thick.
Arrange in baking pan so that they don't overlap.
Pour melted butter over them; sprinkle with salt, and bake in hot oven of 450°F for 30 min., or until tender, turning them over occasionally.
