Baked Fondue Recipe
Baked Fondue has a different taste. The cheese with milk gives the Baked Fondue a rousing taste. Baked Fondue is inspired by many restuarants worldwide.
Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, separated
Directions
Heat milk to scalding.
Add bread crumbs, salt, mustard, and cheese.
Cool slightly.
Beat in egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into cheese mixture.
Turn Fonduento 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes until puffy but firm
