Baked Flounder Filets With Herbs Recipe
Ingredients
| Flounder | 1 1/2 Pound, pounded | |
| Butter | 8 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Parsley | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Put the butter into a small pan.
Melt, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion, and cook 2 minutes.
Add the parsley and chives and cook 1 minute.
Take a baking dish and pour half the butter mixture in.
Lay fish filets on the butter and pour rest of the mixture on top of fish.
Bake at 350° F for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
