Baked Fish With Caper Stuffing Recipe

| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Caper Stuffing | ||

Directions
1. Place frozen blocks of fish in buttered, 10x6x2-inch baking dish; sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and paprika. Dot with the butter or margarine; pour the milk around fish.
2. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
3. Lift the fish onto heated serving platter with a slotted wide spatula; cut each block into thirds. Spoon hot Caper Stuffing on top of each portion. Or serve the stuffing in a separate, heated bowl, if you wish.
