Baked Fish Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb. salmon or trout | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Capers | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Scallions | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Celery | 4 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Bake the fish, then flake.
